According to the "Royal Ancestry Bible" charts 706-707, NEHGS Nexus 13:128 (1996) corrects the genealogy to have Richard Champernowne (father of Elizabeth who married William Fortescue) marrying Elizabeth Reynell, and having Richard be son of John Champernowne and Margaret Hamley (with no parents of Margaret listed on the chart). ^[1]
