He married (RC-3) GARSINDE COUNTESS OF FORCALQUIER, daughter of (RC-2) William IV Count and Beatrice (_____) FORCALQUIER, who was born about 1156. ^[2]

COUNTESS GERSINDE II2 FORCALQUIER, b. about 1180 in Sabran, Spain; d. about 1250; m. in July 1193 in Aragon, Spain (DI-5) COUNT ALPHONSO OF PROVENCE, b. in Aragon about 1174, d. in France in 1209[1], son of (DI-4) King Alphonso II and (XA-23) Sancha (of CASTILE).

2. COUNTESS GERSINDE II² FORCALQUIER (Raimond de SABRAN¹), daughter of (1) Raimond¹ and (RC-3) Garsinde Countess (of FORCALQUIER) DE SABRAN, was born between 1159/60 and 1179 in Sabran, and died between 1209 and 1289. She married in Aragon, in July 1193, (DI-5) COUNT ALPHONSO OF PROVENCE, son of (DI-4) King Alphonso II and (XA-23) Sancha (of CASTILE), who was born about 1174 in Aragon, and died in 1209^[1] in France. ^[3]
